Rainbow Harvest Salad

Dear Reader,


Today, I am going to share an amazing, tasty, and simple salad recipe.

Before we proceed, I want to clarify that I am not a chef or ambitious. I just enjoy cooking, that's all. Now, let's move on to the Rainbow Harvest Salad.


Ingredients:


A bunch of arugula

A bunch of lamb's lettuce

A bunch of garden cress

Half a bunch of basil

200 grams of goat cheese

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

Half a cup of olive oil

A handful of pomegranate seeds

As many raspberries as you wish (or you can prefer strawberries; I didn't have any strawberries at that time. It's good that there weren't any, because raspberries suited it better than strawberries.)

Finally, half an apple slice (if possible, you can prefer a green apple)



Recipe:


Firstly, you have to wash the vegetables thoroughly. When you wash the vegetables, you can use a few drops of vinegar. After washing them thoroughly, chop the vegetables into a large bowl. On the other hand, you must prepare the salad sauce by mixing balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and salt. Take a cutting board and chop 200 grams of goat cheese. After that, add the chopped cheese to the large bowl. Take a big tablespoon and mix everything together.

Lovely reader, our salad is almost done. Finally, put the prepared salad onto a large plate using tongs. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and add the raspberries and apple slice.
